Team Banner FAQ
Q: How long will it take to get my banner?
A: After purchase, you will receive a design proof via email within 24hrs. Upon final approval, your team banner will be printed and delivered within 2-3 business days.
Q: Can I add team sponsors to the banner?
A: Yes. Team Sponsors can be added to the design. After purchase, logo's can be sent via email to be added to your team banner.
Q: What if we don't have 12 players?
A: Your team banner design will be modified to evenly distribute players names and numbers accordingly.
Q: Can I modify the banner's design?
A: The overall design (theme) of the banner cannot be changed however, elements can be added and removed as needed.
Q: What if I don't see my child's team logo?
A: Our team templates reflect all 30 MLB logos. If your child's team is not one of the MLB logos, you can choose custom banner design.
Q: What if I find a mistake after I receive my banner?
A: Once we receive final approval of the design, that is exactly what is printed. If a reprint is need after receiving your team banner, we can print it for you at a discounted rate.
